Die Digitalisierung stellt Unternehmen, die Art und Weise wie wir arbeiten und uns Menschen selbst vor bisher nicht gekannte Herausforderungen. Keiner scheint wirklich gute Lösungen zu haben. Das zeigen Umfragen zu dem Themen Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit, Krankenstand und Motivation der Mitarbeiter sowie individuelle Zukunftsängste und Erschöpfungszustände. Die Zukunft ist wohl „ein anderes Land“, wo Dinge anders gelöst werden.
